Allison photograph collection covers the early part of Colonel Allison's career in the USAAF and the USAF. It takes him from an enlisted man in about 1943 to captain in the USAF in 1955. In addition to a couple of portraits of him, there are two albums and numerous loose photos which show scenes on bases including time on rest and recuperation (R & R) in occupied Japan. There are numerous photos of B-29 nose art from WWII as well as lots of family, friends, and nonmilitary photography.
